Kenya shall have tax friendly laws which makes it an attractive destination for business investments and foreign financial institutions. This ‘tax haven’ shall not collect taxes more than 13.5% on personal or corporate income.
Corporate taxes shall be levied on international companies operating in the countrry only if the revenue is derived locally.
Other areas that are tax-free include health, education ,retirement and inheritance gains. The tax-free income benefits can be enjoyed by the residents of the country irrespective of getting a citizenship.
There will be much gains for economic growth —particularly in the East Africa Federation with a historically corporate tax-friendly #FLAGmovement in power—with a lower corporate tax rate of 11.25% that shall spur economic growth.
